Math Centers

I introduced Math Centers to my fifth grade class today.  The kids loved them!  Math Centers provide an opportunity for students to practice and apply skills and strategies taught within the classroom. While students are engaged in purposeful centers, I have the opportunity to work individually or with small, flexible groups to meet the individual needs of my students.

Les Sciences avec Mme Sanche

Amazing things are happening in our classrooms! We are raising butterflies in Madame's Sanche's class.  

We will experience the transformation of a few tiny caterpillars into beautiful adult butterflies!  An amazing educational experience that everyone will remember forever!

Today we prepared our little critters, left them next to yummy leaves, so they can munch over the weekend!

Hello everybody!
Welcome to a new school year!  I hope that your summer was filled with many new adventures and special memories.  My name is Miss Lopez and I am looking forward to working with you this school year! I cannot wait to embark on this journey with you all.  As a teacher, I strive to have a creative classroom environment and to push my students to be their very best!
