Welcome to Grade 6!

Welcome to Grade 6!

Dear Families,

Welcome to a brand-new school year! I am so excited to begin this journey with our Grade 6 students and to see all that this year has in store for them.

Grade 6 is such a special year. It is a time of growth, independence, new challenges, and plenty of opportunities to discover just how much they are capable of. Throughout the year, students will be encouraged to ask questions, try new things, learn from their mistakes, and take pride in their progress.

Our classroom will be a place where learning, curiosity, kindness, and a little bit of laughter go hand in hand. There will certainly be challenges along the way, but there will also be many moments to celebrate—new skills mastered, goals achieved, friendships strengthened, and memories created.

As we begin this important final year of elementary school, my hope is that every student feels valued, supported, challenged, and confident in their own abilities. I look forward to getting to know each of them and watching them grow throughout the year.

There is so much ahead of us, and I can't wait to see where this year takes us! Here's to a wonderful year filled with learning, laughter, discovery, and unforgettable Grade 6 memories. 💙

Let the adventure begin!

Warmly,
Miss Lopez
