Last day of the school year

Hi everybody,
The end of the year is always bitter sweet.  The end of the month of June always comes with mixed emotions for teachers and students, specially in grade 6.  Some of us are looking forward to sleeping in and relaxing during the summer months, yet we can't help but to feel sad that a fantastic school year has come to an end.  It is hard to believe how quickly the school year has passed and come to an end.  "Time flies when you are having fun," they say.
Another cliché is "Where has the time gone?" but… Where has the time gone? It is hard to believe that we were just getting to know each other back in September.  Now, just a few hours ago, I was waving good-bye to my students; wishing them a happy summer.
They have all made wonderful progress and grown up right in front of our eyes!

Here are some pics of our last day together:

My two classes this year (class 503 and 602) have given me a year full of joy, memories, and smiles. Thank you for all the love kids;)
To all of the parents I want to say thank you for all of your support and help throughout the year.  We made a great team;)
Have a safe and wonderful summer, please keep in touch!

Our munchkins are such good sports!  Not even the rain can "cramp their cool style", they are having a blast in Quebec City!

Stay tuned for more pics of Quebec city...
