Hello everyone,
It was a pretty busy week-end...I am sure it was the same for you, celebrating communions, confirmations, even some weddings, or maybe just enjoying the gorgeous weather!
I just wanted to share with you some of the awesome pictures I took of our kids! I call them my kids as I believe they are mine as well:)
We had fun at the park last Friday!
Looking forward to many more very soon!

Outdoor Classroom Initiative
Dear Parents and Guardians,
Starting Tuesday, May 22nd, Ms. Santilli and I will be launching an outdoor classroom trial. We will be conducting a portion of our afternoon session outdoors in an attempt to escape the sometimes oppressive heat in the classrooms. To that end, we are asking that you send your child to school with a towel that they may lay out on the grass to sit or lie on. We also ask that you kindly label the tag with their name so that there will be no mix ups. The towels will be folded and rolled up in their lockers when they are not being used.
Some of the children have asked if they can bring in a clip board from home to help them have a firm surface to work on outdoors. We have no problem with that.
We do ask that you make sure that the children have a reusable water bottle with them though - we will not be letting them get up and wander to the club house on their own for a drink. Instead we will fill up our water bottles before heading to the outdoors.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
Thanks for all that you do!Miss Lopez

Plant Orders
Dear parents,
Due to last year's terrific success with the plant sale, we are bringing it back this year!
The plants we are selling this year are called "Million Bells" and they are gorgeous!
We are trying to be as green as possible, therefore we are sending you the order form for the plant order via email. This is our first attempt at a completely green order form. Visit the link below and follow the instructions!
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/viewform?formkey=dFlodUZrT3pMejlpRzFzckdLYUhWcXc6MQ
Please read each section carefully because once you click SUBMIT there is no going back!
We also ask that you submit only one order per child.
When you are all done and have submitted the order, kindly send in your payment in a sealed envelope with your child's name and homeroom on it!
Thank you so much for helping us make Pierre de Coubertin a greener place!
